Bulk cement is shipped from the Portland plant to Golden Bay Cement's Customer Service Centres around New Zealand, and then trucked to customers' sites. Cement is bagged at several Service Centres for distribution to New Zealand and Pacific Island customers.
Our customers are also encouraged to use our laboratory at Portland for work which requires specialised cements or testing.
Product orders are taken through the 0800 CEMENT phone number, which links customers directly with the centralised order and dispatch centre at the National Support Office. Customers instantly receive confirmation of their order and an estimate of when the cement will be delivered.
