THREE DEE CONSTRUCTION scored a Gold Award in the 2004 House of the Year and Commercial Awards (homes over $1 million section) for this superb concrete home in Remuera, Auckland.

This home has been built using the Three Dee Construction System - Insulated concrete wall and floor solution. The Three Dee is a composite system of polystyrene panels, three-dimensional steel mesh and concrete/ plaster layers on each side of the panels. The structural walls are 150mm thick and have a superior strength, durability, fire resistance, thermal and sound insulation with very low maintenance requirement.
