New Ideas

VentureCem is a Seed Capital Fund, established by Golden Bay Cement, to test ideas submitted by company employees or by GBC Customers. It aims to provide a simple method for the collection and evaluation of fresh ideas related to the uses of cement and concrete in all forms of building and construction. Ideas that pass the selection criteria of being new, and having an element of risk (technical, commercial or personal risk) will be tested to the point where their feasibility is established. Confidentiality of ideas will be respected.

Product, Process or Strategy related ideas are welcome. VentureCem does not guarantee that it will fully commercialise ideas accepted, but we do commit to giving all ideas a fair appraisal by a sympathetic review team and we will support endeavours to get the right ideas into the market.
